Functional Part Manufacturing
FDM/FFF technology produces plastic parts directly from a digital 3D model, without the need for costly tooling. We manufacture holders, adapters, enclosures, fasteners, replacement parts, prototypes and other technical components. Material, design and production parameters are selected to match each part's intended use. We can work from a client-supplied STL or STEP file, or prepare a model from measurements, a drawing, a physical sample or a technical brief. This process is particularly well suited to one-off parts, small batches, rapid design validation, or reproducing discontinued components. Before producing a larger quantity, a test sample can be made to check dimensions, fit and function.

3D Modelling and CAD Design
We provide 3D modelling for functional parts, enclosures, holders, adapters, replacement components and other technical products. Models can be built from scratch based on supplied measurements, drawings, photos, a physical sample or a technical brief. Where needed, we edit existing STL or STEP files, adjust dimensions, reinforce the design, add mounting features and prepare the model for production. The final file is delivered in the format appropriate to the project.

3D Scanning and Object Digitisation
We 3D scan physical parts and objects when their shape or geometry needs to be recovered, or as a digital basis for further design work. The scanned data can be used to create replacement parts, modify existing products, build prototypes, compare dimensions or support reverse engineering. Depending on the project, the scan result can be cleaned up, converted to a suitable file format and passed on to further CAD modelling or production.

Prototype Design and Manufacturing
We handle prototype design and manufacturing from an initial idea through to a physical test part. Based on the information provided, we prepare or adjust a 3D model, adapt the design for the chosen production method, and produce a prototype for testing. The physical prototype lets you assess dimensions, mounting points, assembly, ergonomics and real-world performance. If issues are found, the model can be revised and produced again until the result fits the project.

Small and Medium-Batch Part Manufacturing
We manufacture functional, replacement and custom-designed parts in small and medium batches. This production method suits projects where tooling would be too costly, or where order quantities vary. Before batch production begins, a test sample can be made to check dimensions, assembly and function. Once approved, production is repeated according to the agreed model, material and technical requirements, with the design or quantity adjustable in later batches if needed.

Laser Marking of Parts
We laser mark parts and products based on supplied text, a logo, numbering or a graphic file. This method suits serial numbers, QR codes, part identification, technical references and manufacturer information. The marking result depends on the part's material, surface, colour and the chosen depth. Before marking a larger quantity, a test marking is recommended to check contrast, size and overall visibility.
