Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) builds parts by extruding thermoplastic material layer by layer. It suits functional prototypes, replacement parts and small-batch production, with a range of materials for strength, flexibility or temperature resistance.
Our team builds accurate CAD models from your drawings, references or measurements — the foundation for prototyping, tooling or reproducing an existing component.
3D scanning captures the geometry of an existing object, producing a digital reference used to reproduce, repair or redesign a part without original drawings.
Prototypes let you test geometry, fit and mechanical behaviour early, catching design issues while changes are still inexpensive to make.
Once a design is validated, Arkonix can produce it in small batches, keeping quality consistent across units while avoiding the cost of large-volume tooling.

Scale
Arkonix manufacturing can range from 1 unit to 10,000 units. Not every project is automatically suitable for the full range — feasibility, material, schedule and price are reviewed individually for each request before production begins.
