For businesses
From Prototype to Stable Repeat Production
Arkonix helps businesses carry out functional part, production-aid and small-to-medium batch projects. The work can include prototype preparation, design refinement, a trial batch and repeat production according to agreed technical requirements.
Business Production RequestHow we work with businesses
From Concept to Managed Repeat Production
A business project can start from a technical idea, a drawing or a ready CAD file. We prepare and validate a prototype, and once the design is confirmed, move on to a trial batch and repeat production according to the agreed specification, quality requirements and order volume.
Scale
Flexible Production Volumes from 1 to 10,000+ Units
We scale production from a single prototype to regularly repeated batches of several thousand parts. Before providing a quote, we assess the part's geometry, material, production schedule, quality requirements and an economically viable batch size.
Where 3D Manufacturing Solutions Create Value for Businesses
Typical Business Use Cases
- 1. Product development and design validation. Prototyping lets you verify a part's geometry, assembly and function before investing in moulds or other production tooling.
- 2. Reproduction of spare and discontinued parts. For maintenance teams, we can reproduce worn or no-longer-available parts from a physical sample, a drawing, or 3D scan data.
- 3. Production equipment and aids. We manufacture custom jigs, fixtures, assembly templates and other components that help standardise the process, reduce errors and shorten operation time.
- 4. Trial and small production runs. A small batch lets you test product demand, the assembly process and design suitability before moving to larger-scale production.
Parts
Reproduction of Functional and Replacement Parts
We reproduce functional parts for equipment when the original components are discontinued, hard to source, or not cost-effective. The new part can be designed from a physical sample, technical drawings, measurements or 3D scan data, taking into account its purpose, loads and mounting conditions.
Ongoing supply
Repeat Production to an Agreed Specification
Once a part's design is approved, its production model and key parameters can be kept on file for repeat orders. Later batches are produced to the same specification, adjusting only quantity, schedule and material availability.
