Privacy Policy

This page explains, in general terms, how Arkonix intends to handle information submitted through this website.

Last updated: 2026-07-19

Data controller

Arkonix (company code 307523497, VAT code LT100020045315), based in Vilnius, Lithuania, is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Contact: info@arkonix.lt.

Current status of this website (Phase 1)

This website is currently in Phase 1: a visual preview of the Arkonix online presence. The contact form and the production request form are frontend previews only. Submitting either form does not send any data or files to Arkonix — no server-side processing exists yet.

Information collected through forms

When form submission is enabled in a later phase, the fields you choose to fill in — such as name, email, phone, company, project description, quantity, material preference and any uploaded files — will be used only to review and respond to your enquiry or production request. This policy will be updated with full processing details before that functionality goes live.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. No behavioural profiling is performed.

File handling for production requests

Once file upload is enabled, files submitted through the Production Request page are intended to be stored privately and used only to review the associated request. Files will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the request.

External model libraries

The Production Request page links to external public 3D model libraries (Printables, MakerWorld, Thingiverse). These are independent services with their own privacy policies and terms. Arkonix does not control, endorse or receive data from these external sites.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@arkonix.lt.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be revised as backend processing, file storage and email notifications are introduced in a later phase. The date below reflects the most recent update.
