FDM 3D Printing
Durable, functional parts produced layer by layer in a wide range of engineering materials.
FDM manufacturing & 3D engineering
Arkonix provides FDM 3D printing, modelling, scanning, prototyping and repeat production for individuals and businesses across Europe.
What we do
Six focused capabilities covering the path from an idea to a finished part.
Durable, functional parts produced layer by layer in a wide range of engineering materials.
CAD models built from sketches, references, measurements or existing parts.
Digitising existing physical parts as a starting point for modelling or reproduction.
Fast iteration to validate fit, form and function before committing to production.
Repeatable production runs sized to your actual demand, from a handful of units upward.
Additional production capability to be specified.
How a project moves forward
A consistent, blueprint-driven process keeps every production request predictable.
You submit a project description, quantity and, optionally, your files. We review feasibility, material and schedule.
Where needed, we model, repair or scan geometry and prepare it for production.
Parts are produced using FDM 3D printing, sized for anything from a single prototype to a small batch.
Finished parts are checked against the request before being made ready for handover.
For businesses
Beyond one-off parts, Arkonix supports businesses that need repeatable results: functional components, jigs and fixtures, and small-batch manufacturing runs. Every batch request is reviewed individually for material, expectations and schedule before it is confirmed.

Why Arkonix
Every request is reviewed by someone who understands manufacturing, not only an automated quote.
From a single prototype to small-batch runs, the same process scales with your project.
You know what is being produced, from what material, and why, before production starts.
Project files are treated as confidential and used only to review and produce your request.
